Bob CancalosiResponsibilities: Bob is a 26 year veteran of the GE Company with global domain expertise in leadership development and transforming cultures. He is the Director of Global Customer Education Programs for General Electric and is responsible for the strategy and execution of converting leadership curriculum and education into a pull through competitive advantage for key enterprise clients.

Previous to this role, Bob was the Chief Learning Officer for GE Healthcare and was responsible for the Leadership, Learning and Development of approximately 55,000 employees worldwide. He led a team of global Leadership & Development Directors who designed and delivered over 30 specialized leadership development programs for GE Healthcare in 32 countries. Bob led the Global L&D organization with responsibility for learning strategy and program implementation of Executive Training Programs, Professional Skills training and Specialty Training events designed to tackle key business challenges. In addition Bob led GE Healthcare's Global Cultural Transformation by implementing new competencies on Collaboration to drive growth in GE Healthcare's new organizational structure launched in 2009. In 2001, Bob was recognized as the GE Medical Systems "Leader of the Year" and in 2006 he was presented with the GE Healthcare President's Award for his work on creating a world-class culture for leadership development in GE.

Interests: Reading, biking & family activities. Bob has been married to Barbara for 24 years and they have three teenage children: Julianne, Jack and Ali.
